Got a phone call from that number at 8pm Nov 20. Arkansas state medical insurance survey or something like that. But I'm in Mass with limited minutes on trac phone so, I did not see any reason to take part in the survey and declined.
Since a friend was going to be in the area of Fort Smith Arkansas I answered. ONLY they hung up you can tell it is one of those "boiler room type" Call Centers.. Why do we even have a "DO-NOT CALL" LIST? using my minutes on these calls ticks me off.
