Using serial random numbers to find. Either that or the FCC has now permitted cell phone numbers to be public although still not "findable' in online reverse directories. .. Found this out by calling on my landline. (Those calls COST us MINUTES and Cell phone companies still TRYing to charge for block...have to do for specific numbers). Even then, you can find the named person and their "real phone number" doesn't answer. If this happens "we are a survey company...." "want credit for holiday spending?" Hang up immediately
Oh and this applies to other phone numbers but apparently not this one.
This number has been calling me for weeks. They never leave a massage. I pick up & usually no one is there. Today I picked up got a recording saying this was an important phone call, but they never identified themselves. Research on the internet just shows this as a cell phone# in Little rock Arkansas. Sometimes they call early in the morning . This is very annoying
they call me early in the morning too. I just got a phone connected less than a week ago. They asked to verify who I was to make sure it was me for a "business matter", and when I insisted on what they were calling about and on whose behalf she was rude and said, that's ok ma'am, we know where to find you and you'll be hearing from them. I think they're a bill collector.
