I received a text message from this number today -seeking mystery shoppers and gave another number to call-877-450-6614. I did not call either number but I replied back to this number to STOP texting me. I thought I was on a do not call list for my cell, but apparently not...UGH!

can we text back to these numbers are run up their bills?? I am on a do not call list but the gov does not enforce the law they just take the pay check.
