someone keep calling me from these number saying there name is mark they callin from a law farm that a complaint against my social security number has been filed against me after they say that i hang up the phone they keep calling back to back am sick of it i have a three year old in my home i dont deal with internet stuff so i know i dont have a internet loan or a warrent for me y these people keep calling these is a shelter for women and childred i wish they would leave me along
someone keeps calling saying i owe money and they have my social and im going to jail. First of all i ow nothing to any business on the internet and i believe this is fraud. Please tell me who these people are and why they keep on calling. They say if i pay 300.00 today they will drop lawsuit.I have no idea what this is all about.
There are sooooooooooooo many similar messages on this board with different numbers. Do NOT give any information as they are probably "phishing" for your information. You can NOT be jailed (or have the police come) even if you did owe someone money. They are trying to SCARE you. If you actually owed money, you would receive a written notice by mail of court officer. Most of these SCAMS come from India so don't expect anyone knocking at your door. The best advice of the board - ignore the calls. There is NO warrant!
I have Been getting calls they left a message it was from phone number 315-557-6167 and they told me to call that number back so I did to find out what was goin on a little while later I get a call from this number 501-538-3453 I did a revers look up on them and the name and address to that person is Christopher Nahun Duarte and his address is 1329 robins st Conway ,AR 72034 I could not understand him really well with his thick accent and he was telling me I was goning to jail I asked him for what and he would not tell me just that I need to talk to there lawyer well I got to that point and told him he lost we just got out of a bankruptcy so we don't owe nothing to them I'm also goin to report them to the local authorities with the information I have looked up and I might even call them back with a cop with me so I have a creditable witness to the threat I hope this information helps stop the scams and scare tactics I won't put up with it took luck to you all have a good evening
