called on cell phone, but when I answered there was a pause and then a voice recording to hold on for a available rep. How they got cell #, I don't know but did not have time to hold on or let them have any cell phone time.
Getting calls from 501-476-5244. Caller wants you to hang on for next available representitive. If it is important for them to talk to me they need to leave a message as to why they are calling. Obviously it is not very important. I do not answer calls from numbers I do not know.
The company name was never stated in the recording and it just asks you to hold for a representative. I called back from a blocked landline phone #, and someone identified the company as West Assest Management (Little Rock, AR location). When I said I received a call from them, the rep made up a name to make it seem like they called the wrong number, but they wouldn't be able to tell who I was when I called on a blocked number. Anyway, when I said I was reporting them to the Do Not Call organization, they hung up on me. I called back (again on a blocked #), and when the girl asked for my telephone number I said I wouldn't give it to her and she just hung up on me. They are wasting my cell minutes! You should file a complaint with www.donotcall.gov if they ever call again.
