Document their word or word conversation and type it and date it with day and time and save it. they wont callanymore, there is always someonemonitoring these sites for the scam artists. I sent a copy ofmy call to the Governor of the State of Arkansasand the Attorney General of that state. Theya re dea int he water!!
They called too - 501 490 9398 saying that they are informing me that they are going to serve me summons court documents to take me to court and that I have officially been notified.
This is a scam. They cannot summons anyone to court. Only the court can summon people to court. They could initiate the process through the legal procedures and the court summons you.
Now that they have claimed to have a debt reference against you, they have 5 days from the call to send you follow up documents.
They are frauds impersonating legal processes.

On a daily basis, I receive phone calls on my cell and business telephone numbers from the same company saying the same thing. They seem to change their telephone number on a weekly basis. The latest number this week is 501-490-9398.
When I return their call, they refuse to provide their business name and address, as well as, the debtor information.
I have previously filed complaints with the FTC and FBI.
I hear you. I received another message today saying I have forfeited my rights and that my Human Resources department will be served paperwork to appear at Court and that they need me to provide home or work address. If they are really connected with the law then they would have that information. They persistently keep calling and threatening only to call and threaten again.
They they change their phone number in order to start this all over again.
I really think there has to be an organized way to get this out to the media, in order to effectively get this to the government, Federal that is, in order to really clamp down and shut these types of activities down.
These are fraud people whoa re trying to scare you. They told us two fraud charges are being filed against us and that the process server is coming to our home. I have typed word for work what they said on my answering machine and have sent a copy to my phone company and to my local Sherrif and Police Department. I am also notifying my local Mayor inmy area and sending a copy tot he Attorney General int he State of Florida. I have returned their calls and line always busy. THEY SURE DON;T WANT TO CAL WHEN I AM HERE TO ANSER CALL, I WILL BE THEIR WORST NIGHTMARE!!!

THE USERS MAIL BOX IS FULL AND THERE IS NO ONE TO ANSWER YOUR CALL. THIS WAS A NUMBER FROM ANOTHER STATE. I CALLED FROMMY OWN STATE AND THE LINE IS ALWAYS BUSY. TOMORROW I AM TAKING THE COMPLETE TYPED MESSAGE THEY GAVE ME AND BRINGING TOMY LOCAL SHERRIF AND ALSO PRESENGTING IT TOTHE FLORIDA STATE TROOPERS LOCAL OFFICE. THEY MAY HAVE FOUND OLD DEBTS, HOWEVER IF IT IS OVER 7 YEARS OLD, YOU CAN SUE THEM FOR HARASSMENT AND ILLEGAL COLLECTIONS. THEY CAN'T POSTON YOUR CREDIT REPORT, WITHOUT POSTING A BUSINESS ADDRESS. IF THEY POST AND YOU FIND IT TO BE ILLEGAL,YOU CANRECOVER PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ABOUT $1,000 PER DAY FOR EACH DAY DERGATORY INFORMATION THAT IS INCORRECT EXISTS ON YOUR CREDIT REPORT. YEARS AGO, MY HUSBAND AN I GOT TO LEARN THE CREDIT BUREAU SYSTEM OURSELVES, CAUSE IT IS WASTEFUL TO PAY TOHAVE ITEMSDELETED THAT ARE ILLEGALS.
