I got a call from 501-555-0136. On caller id it said dir asst. Caller said my computer was sending error messages. I said "I don't think so, lose my number!" Very much scammers. They say they are from Microsoft and your computer is sending out error messages. My brother works for Microsoft. He told me Microsoft does NOT make those calls.
I don't answer these because of the 555 part of the phone number which is what scammers use. They only can call once because I immediately block the number. No message left so have no idea what this scammer is calling about.
I answered ... and the SCAM is that they say that they are a Microsoft Rep. and want to 'guide you through the steps to get rid of malicious downloaded ....whatever.....on your computer'. THIS IS A SCAM!!! DO NOT COMPLY!!!
Called me on a Sunday evening when I was sitting down for dinner...I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message, so I'm just hoping they don't call back...Looked up the number here on 800-notes and it appears as though my spidey-senses served me well this time...I guess the *555* prefix would have most folks thinking/doing the same...Good luck!!!

He kept saying that he would like to help me with my computer and then Someone would whisper f&(@ you, over and over again it was really rude and disguating
