My cell phone is on the Do Not Call List for several years now. A female voice called asking for me by my first name. I said "Who's calling?" She said "Liz ... calling in behalf of Jay Femer." Although no accent, she spoke fast, did not enunciate, hard to understand. I paused then said "I don't understand, Jay Femer?" and she hung up. I typed above her what her words sounded like.
Kept getting calls from them, it's some type of career institute. They would not stop calling for the world. The best bet is to finally answer their call at some point and tell them to take you off their list, b/c otherwise they will not stop calling, and when you call back it can not connect. They finally stopped calling once I told them too. They have several numbers though, b/c I kept getting harrased by several numbers. Here are all the numbers that will probably call you:
