Received this phone call this morning. The lady was polite and nothing was fishy at the beginning. She just kept blah blah blah no matter how many times I've told her I'm not interested, I do not like travel, I only watch TV, I am busy got no vacation or something. Then my wife was getting impatience then yelled at me asked me to hang up. Right after I told her I'm gonna hang up, the lady started to creep out by repeating my identity! She read my old address, my credit card number, my age, my years ago salary until I folded up my phone.
Male caller calls and says hello and my name, when asked who is this they hang up. I did a Intelius look up and found out that they are some kind of Tour Travel Vacations out of Little Rock, AR.
I just got a call from this number as well, but didn't answer. I recently went on a vacation and had to fill out a form on the airplane declaring i had no food in my suitcase for the department of agriculture and I had to write my phone number on there. Nice to see the department of agriculture is selling our contact info.
I saw it as a missed call. I didn't recognize the number and even had to look up the area code to find out it was from Arkansas, where I spent 1 day last summer. I have no idea who from there would be calling me or who would even have my number. They didn't leave a message.
