they called with having a client wanting to buy and is not in process of trying to get financing for my timeshare - the number $$$ for the financing was way high and the amount of money due after the financing was approved and the client signed their contract was over $2.000. They said they will call in a few hours back with results.  
Also, the person was chewing on something, like eating lunch while calling me - not a good sign.
