Called my cell very early AM.  Didn't recognize number didn't answer; no message...just annoying.

called at 9:27am, didn't recognize number, didn't answer. It left no msg

The Robo-Caller-machine is programmed to HANG-UP after one ring... in the hopes that you'll call them back.

They called right in the middle of a customer conference call - on my company Cell Phone.  Apparently they can't spell: "donotcall.gov"
