Keep getting calls from this number when I have told the woman I was not going to answer her questions. I want the calls to stop. She said it was from the Department of Health, doing a survey on Arkansas health care and the first thing she ask was if I was on a cell phone. What does the type of phone I'm talking on have to do with Arkansas health issuees.
Calls every night and during the day also. Claim to be from the Arkansas dept. of health when they do answer they do not reply to my questions. Most of the time they do not even reply when I answer the phone.
