I had a majic jack for about two weeks in Dec. then returned it to Best Buy, as could never contact customer service at MJ.
I have been receiving several calls from 501-722-6035 over past few months. says it is from Educational Credit Corporation and trying to collect a debt. They say a persons name but can't understand it...definately not mine or anyone I know. I have never had a educational debt.  They also call from 1800-784-5309 to have us call them back. Some are from Educational Management Corp. another nmber is from 888-295-1121, several of them. another is 651-353-3434 all with same womens voice.  they left a website, which I haven't checked, that is ACS-Education.com. . Since I cna't get Magic Jack, I am calling our attorney general tomorrow to see what can be done about this.
