The last two mornings I have received a call from this number around 7:28am. No one is on the line. When I tried to call back, it sounded like the call went into a fax machine
It's a "GlobalPOPS" dial up internet access number out of Arkansas that the criminals at "Card Services" are using to further thier criminal activities. I get calls like this one every few weeks and immediately the spammers start calling from a new number or two that weren't calling from before, averaging about 4 calls per day. How RETARDED are these fools, thinking that if they harrass us enough that we will go along with thier scam? I did get one gal to confess that most of the folks doing this are ex ACORN workers that needed jobs after ACORN supposedly got disbanded, and I've heard talk about this is some big plan to drive the population nuts enough to retaliate in some fashion so the government can come in and stir up more problems than we have already.... One guy gave me the mailing address to the white house when I asked where I could send a certified letter to, to tell them to quit calling.....
