Spam...starts by welcome to our customer contact department...chances are you received a call from....if you prefer not to receive these calls press.....I have received these calls 2 to 3 times a day and block them. they are coming from all over the US. When I try to talk to customer service, it goes to VM. block....
A recording said "We need to verify your Google Business information. Press 1 to verify....." So I pressed 1 and after waiting for a minute a live man came on the phone and said "Is this the business owner?" and I said "yes" and he said "This is for Kendra Kreative, LLC.?" and I said "yup" and he abruptly said "ok, bye." and hung up! I am aware of these scams trying to get you to say "yes" but I recently updated my business info on Google so it seemed legit, until the end of the phone call when he abruptly said bye and hung up!
