got a call this morning, rang once, I am currently having trouble with the notification bar time not being correct. The problem is suppose to be a widespread major problem and they said they would notify me when it was fixed. I hope it is soon. I use it as an alarm clock and timer.
I live in Canada and don't have Verizon phone and any other services. I recieved 2 calls from following nos to check whether my phone works or not. I am not sure why anyone would call Verizon to check my no when they can call directly. Please let me know if anyone knows anything about such calls.
I received a call from verizon telling me that when I switch phones my text message plan was dropped and that they was just calling to let me know so I could add it back. It did not cost extra just had to give them the go-ahead
I received a call from this # late this afternoon regarding a stolen phone. The woman on the line never said she was from Verizon until later in the conversation. She asked for my address, but I did not give it to her. When I asked for her employee id # the conversation ended. I found it to be strange. Do not give any information if asked by this #.
