Alltel tech support - guy was real friendly, and the issue had to do with me being able to recieve texts from another carrier (my best friend has a local carrier), i hadn't even complained to anyone about it, they were on top of it i guess
Received numerous calls within minutes of each other, called back. Msg said it was from an Altell number that was not connected at this time. Will consider this as harrasment, and report as such
They are too persistant. kwshoe is right, Its borderline harrasment, They won't leave you alone, the calls don't stop! What kind of company (verison) calls you, then puts you on hold! You hang up they call again and put you on hold! Their customer service is a joke!
