Received a call from someone named Evan saying that I won a $1,000 NYC card and he called to verify my address. Got cut off. The number appears to be an unknown or cloned phone This may possibly have something to do with a credit card offer.
I also got a call from this number and when I answered it hung up. I tried to call it back and get a message that says - The number or code you have dialed is incorrect.
