Unwanted call

Got a call on Nov 23  They hung up.

501-918-2940 Recorded call, recording was that they were "not a telemarketer" but recording went on to explain that they were offering burial/life insurance, "press the 2 key if you are interested".

Received call from 501-918-2940, said "hello" and the phone disconnected -- I called back and was told the number was disconnected.  Annoying.

picked up but no one answered .. called back and received message saying number was no longer working.. duh if not a working number how could they call me ?
