Callers number was in missed calls list. Called them to see who it was when I hadn't given my cell number to anyone other than family. Got "call may be monitored for quality assurance" message. Women answers and says something like "Perdue", can I help you. I say..."someone called my cell and number was in my missed calls list". She asked for my number. I say "you called me, you already have my number!" "If you don't know it, I'm not going to give it to you." She starts screaming..."we are not a telemarketing company". I say, "I don't care who you are, stop calling me". She screams again and scream back stop screaming at me %$#&*. She then asks if I know a Gregory or maybe it was Jeffery Ball. (remember she was screaming) I said never heard of him. She hung up.

This 5019753304 is a collection agency scam. The docs and hospitals definitely pass on the entire contact info which I would think would fall in patient confidentiality yet they do not honor that. Wonder why they would be allowed to have an unpublished number and operate under the caller ID "Business Office".
Is it any wonder that Congress is going to bail out the Wall Street millionaires who will get to keep riding in limos and live in million dollar homes and fly on private jets while the rest of us scrape by to make ends meet and meet our obligations financially .. perhaps this number and the other collection agencies should be used by Congress to collect from the scam artists on Wall Street who created this mess with the Bush-Cheney people in the first place?
This same women calls for my mom atlest 3 times a day vary rude.. my mom asnwers phone asks who is she with what company. the women asks for her to varyfi her SS# and acordeing to my mom she already knew the last 4 digits of it. if this is a scam and they have my mom SS# what should my mom do.
I have received two phone calls right at 8 am and extremely rude and unethical voice mails. The odd thing is I'm not even the debtor. To stop this harassment I promptly called the number and the 800 # left on my voice mail and informed a "Ms. Wright" that I was not the debtor with whom she was trying to contact, nor was this person a resident in my home to please remove my phone number immediately and stop harassing me. She began to yell at me and state that unless I gave her a new phone number to contact the debtor that she would continue to call my phone and on and on it went, I told her she was violating FDCPA and that I would do everything in my power to ensure her place of employment (which she refused to identify so I could send a fax and certified cease and desist letter) would be held accountable for all the violations she committed. I wanted all to know that I have done my research and found out that the company is called First Collection Services. Here is the business info:

The best recourse is to contact this collection agency via mail with a certified cease and desist letter and then forward your complaint with all saved voice mails and a letter stating the nature of harassment you have been receiving to your State Attorney who deals with the Fair Debt Collections issue in your state.
