Callback gets a very fake sounding "we're sorry the number you have dialed is not in service at this time, thank you." That spells scam. Don't answer it, ignore it, block it.
This call is Scotia Bank. They call regarding behind payments of credit card or mortgage. Even if your are 4 days behind they will still call you. The last time they call and while I explaining to them to the person I believe his name is Jose or Juan, that I will pay the following day. He hang up on me. Doesn't even speak English good. When I tried calling back it didnt go threw.
