I'm guessing a branch of the Census Bureau calling about The American Community Survey.  A/C 502 is in a portion of the state of KY.  They may be narrowing their calls down now to being made from the branch closest to or in the state where the evasive non-survey-returner lives.   Do most recepients reporting this live in or near KY?
