Robocall soliciting business targeted at business owners. Can't recall the type of business. Number blocked.

Robocall - left long, rambling recorded message on my answering machine about business owners being cheated out of discounts on processing fees.  The wording indicated it was a telemarketer with some sort of scam, not a legitimate business call.
