seems this caller did not leave a message for one. The other is I dunno who this caller is so no, I didn't answer. I agree with Todd. What he said makes sense. Do not donate/ do not answer the call. let the answering system get it and then report them.
Working for Fraternal Order of Police...These guys usually raise money but only a very small percentage goes to the actual charity...Never give money to these callers.
