It has irritated me in the past, and I sent a fax back to 502-214-1291, asking then to stop faxing to my cell phone. It stopped for a time and today it started again. I sent another fax to them asking them to cease and desist faxing to my number.
they call me at least once a month, usually in the mornings.and they never leave a message or say anything. they have been doing this for about six months now. how can I stop them?????

Healthcare Recoveries is now Trover Solutions, with the same address. They probably entered a fax number incorrectly into their fax server's database, so the computer keeps sending to your cell phone.
Trover is the collection agency for Kaiser Northern California and probably some others. My office deals with them relating to Kaiser.
I hope they get the number corrected and leave you alone.
