They were supposed Google calling to ensure my information was listed properly on Google so my customers could find me. I told them I don't give information to random phone callers. He insisted he just wanted to help my listing online. Then he gave me the wrong business name and asked if I was the business owner (they'd already asked twice on the automated call.) When I said, "No, wrong business" he literally hung up on me.

Most likely scammers/criminals using a spoofed number, and ignoring the worthless DNC list...All you can do is keep blocking the area codes these scumbags call from.
BEWARE: These people are criminals who will try to get your personal information and steal your identity.
The DNC list is simply worthless and you should NEVER answer these calls period!!!
You should also consider buying a phone blocking device which will block area codes and will eliminate most of these junk calls.
