Got a call from a Diana.  She was SUPER SALESY sounding and fast talking (which I hate) and the caller ID came up as her being from Arbach Marketing in Louisville KY (which we have NO business or connection of any kind with THAT state) but she claimed to be from a former rival company that my bossman USED TO work for before taking over and starting his own company.  She asked for my bossman by his full first name  which only a telemarketer or sales caller does (along with mispronouncing and or NOT knowing it at all).  The moment I said he was not in, she was quick to cut me off before I could even give other options, talked over me to say “Thank you and I’ll call back” then concluded the call.  I FLAGGED THE CALL IN OUR SYSTEM and now they will NEVER GET THROUGH!

These telemarketers utilize these tactics to bypass and it happens all the time.  If I had a dollar for every company that calls/has their rep call claiming they’re somehow affiliated with our company vendors or customers ONLY to have me go back to the boss and discover that they are in NO way affiliated with these companies and it is a BYPASS THE DESK TACTIC, I think I’d easily have enough for a mortgage payment!!! I mean is this even LEGAL for them to do such a thing?!? Isn’t this misrepresentation?  Furthermore, if you’re looking to do business with our company, you’re ALREADY off to a bad start because you’re ALREADY BEING DECEPTIVE by using these tactics! Who in their right mind would want to partner up with Arbach?  YUCK! 
