Catlady is right. PetFood Direct called me with questions re: one of my dog's Rx medication. I then set my call blocker to "Accept" for this
number. BTW, I listed this call type as "Unknown" simply because there were no choices indicating a legit *customer service* inquiry.
I really have to get one of the updated blockers that shows more caller ID info than just the originating number.
