This is the "firm" of Mapother and Mapother in Louisville, KY. They are somewhat nice, but other than that extremely uncooperative. The refuse to send statements of payments and amounts owed. So, I called the WV Attorney General office and they explained we have every right to expect to receive a statement as often as we want (how are you supposed to know when it is paid off if you don't get a statement, which explains why they do NOT want to send statements). The WV Attorney General's office informed me they receive many complaints about this "firm", and today I am filing a complaint to Mr. McGraw. Someone needs to take action against the collection companies and grab them by the throat, like they do you, and get your cash back. Mr. McGraw is very much for the citizens of WV and will get results, I have no doubt.
