then he asked who this was and they said "elvis"
i just told him not to text back to numbers he doesnt know, could be a hacker or something
I got several calls from this logan attorney saying I owe for a payday loan from a place I have gotten a loan from and they said they were going to have me arrested if I didn't call them back today and I could never reach anyone so I have left several voicemails I have never gotten any paperwork from the court saying I owed this. Don't they have to go through the courts? I was so scared but my neighbor said she is sure it is a scam. Help I need information.
Atty Logan is real, His law firm took me to court in feburary and i am still awaiting the criminal sentance, I didnt know this could happen over a payday loan. and about going thrugh the courts, what the judge told me was that the only docs that need to be provided before the lawsuite, is a summons ... good luck but i would call him if i were you
