Did not answer as I don't know anyone in Kentucky. No message was left. Another number to block....

Got call. Didn't answer because it was an unknown number. No message left. True Caller shows it as a credit card relief scam.

did not answer because it is spam...how do I know ? Because all out of state calls are just that. Always have been...always will be.
