The man who called my house at 8:30am asked to speak to my son in an authoritative tone as if he were a police officer or other type of official. He was selling decals for the Sheriff's department. Yeah right! I've recorded the phone number so that when the call comes through again I'll know not to answer. Get a real job and quit scamming people!!
Some man called my landline and identified himself as somebody from the police somethingorother. I tried to interrupt his spiel but he refused to stop talking, so I hung up on him.
After repeatedly getting calls from this number for well over a week and with no messages left, I finally picked up today and just said "Hello". A man asked "Is the lady or gentleman of the house was available please". I promptly hung up and put it on my blocked calls list. I suppose they'll find another way to get through eventually. But for now, calls are blocked form this number. So much for that National Do Not Call List. What a joke.
