I don't have any outstanding bills but they keep calling ... They don't even have the right person to the telephone number they are calling. It belongs to a person who used to that the number.
I get calls from these guys too. Diversified Consultants. So far I've listed 4 different numbers for them, all listed in the Kentucky area. I've spoken with them and told them the person they are looking for is not at this number. Will see if this fixes the problem. I'm also filing a complaint via the FCC website.
Diversified Consultants, they call my cell phone, home phone using a lot of different numbers. The person they are seeking does not live here. Can they be stopped?
Yes. Tell them the next time they call you will be filing a lawsuit against them for intentionally harassing a non-debtor and robo-dialing your cell phone without your permission under the FDCPA and the TCPA if the calls do not stop.
