I recieve calls from them all the time, wirh no message pf course. I finally called them today and they won't give you any information on what the call is about unless you give them way to much personal information. I get too many scam calls to fall for that. I blocked the number and told them to mail me information since they apparently already have my info.
Just got a call, one of a few from them. Just shows up as the city I live in, and the number with no area code. Very odd.
No response, not even background noise, as if it's an autodialer that the person on the other end didn't pick up in time.
I hung up, of course. And no, I don't call them back.
I got a call from this number the evening of 11/19/2014 telling me I owed Jewish Hospital more than $8000. I haven't been a patient at Jewish - totally bogus. I asked for details like dates of service, primary diagnosis, etc and she said she'd have to have my address and the last 4 digits of my SSN. Obviously I didn't give her any of that - -
My fear is there are people who WILL give that data - -
