About 10 mins after they called got a restricted call that let my ph ring for 3 mins stop it  sutpids

If that happens again, pick up and hang up immediately. You might have to do it a few times, but eventually the stupids will get the message.

I have answered this call twice and there is no one on the other line. They excessively call my line atleast 2 times a week..

I called this # back and their message stated "something" ? Resource Management. I couldn't understand the first word. I believe it might be a collection agency. When they call, you first hear a bunch of people talking in the background. I always hang up immediately when I hear that.
