Received call from this number but they hang up before you can answer it

This number states "local area call" and is definitely not a local area!  They leave no message.

I called the number back and it said that it was a fund raiser for children

Called and got same message, childrens fundraiser, looking for supporters/donators. Although they do hang up when you answer so dont know how "legit" of a company this can be...

Got a call from them today, but there was no message.
