Called and hung up when answering machine kicked on. Other call complaint sites have said this is a scam looking to collect money for phony claims/liens made against the person being called.
Scam...said he wanted to know if I was who I am to send documents but then turned around when I asked where the documents were being sent he then said they weren't sending documents. Just gave me a number to call and a file number. What a load of crap...

They're a scam. Instead report them to your state attorney general for violating the (FDCPA) Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
