These are BOT programs VOIP calling numbers. When you answer your number is now recorded as a working number and added to a long list that is sold and traded among the scumbag telemarketer community.
This number is calling day and night at our place. Anytime I answer, there is no one on the line. Also getting calls from 502-517-4349 and 270-282-2233 with the same situation.
