I received a call from (661) 945-7254 this morning but it is tracing back to this number, however, an automated message states the number is busy.  Other reports have stated that the originating number has someone stating they can help you get a lower interest rate on your credit card and trying obtain personal information but when they are unsuccessful they hang up.
