Just got a call Crome this number (502-498-8139 - at 12:27pm on 4/24/14). I'm almost sure this is a debt collector because they called me from a similar number yesterday. That number was 502-498-8138. Different by one number. If it is a debt collector, it would be for piece-of-crap AT&T U-verse since they are currently the only debt collectors after me right now. I'll never talk to them, answer their calls, negotiate with them, and I will NEVER pay them. Debt collectors are nothing more than the scum of the earth.

If someone could confirm if this is or is not a debt collector, it would be greatly appreciated.
