Received text messages from this contact, named herself as "Debra Franklin". My wife listed her wedding dress for sale on local selling pages on Facebook. Was contacted via text message by this number. Wanted to buy it straight out, didn't ask any additional questions, or for additional images. Mailed a check to us to pay for the dress and "carrier fee". The check was written for $1000 more than what we had asked for. Sorry, but a dress does NOT cost $1000 to ship, regardless of where it's being shipped to. Their explanation for the extra cost was because she was shipping other things with that carrier as well. Yeah right...

Received text messages from this phone number. Claimed to offer me a job but knew right off bat this was a person trying to scam me. This is what they text me first hand: "i saw ur ad on craigslist that u want to work i just open a Real estate company in conjunction with Realtor company but we are starting online for now, you will be posting advert for those people that wanted to rent house mainly on craiglist and your reward is $250 per week"... Threatened to report me for my statement "No Thank You, Scam" then text back saying "[***] ur [***]"... if you ask me this persons statement was unprofessional and inappropriate. I would like to Report this Immediately to stop trying to scam people!!!
