this number has been relentlessly calling my mobile several times a week for months now. i do not answer because i do not recognize the number, but when i txted "who is this" i received a robot reply message stating that the txt had been sent to a landline with a .25 charge attached. needless to say, i received another robot reply message stating that the message has not received by the recipient. i will also add that no voicemail is left when this number calls my phone. be cautious of unknown #s. it is not uncommon for ones bill to be charged for answering a scam/setup call.
