They are a collection agency, but I don't know which one because I don't answer. I have a couple of bad credit card accounts that I'm in the process of settling, but apparently Synchrony Bank gets the collection agencies out on you at the same time anyway.

This is a COLLECTION AGENCY. SYNCHRONY uses them. SYNCHRONY is the bank that typically holds the high interest loans for emergency medical /dental services. Flyers and applications are ALWAYS an the checkout windows, magazine tables, in the exam rooms AND I have even seen their FREE ADVERTISEMENTS IN THE BATHROOMS of the medical, dental and the Veterinarians. They are RELENTLESS. They NEVER give up and NEVER SETTLE for anything LESS than what they are due. If you get behind you will NEVER get your BILL PAID. My advice is to AVOID THEIR KIND/CLEVER "LET US HELP YOU AT THIS VULNERABLE TIME IN YOUR LIFE so we can make your life MISERABLE 6 months from now for the rest of your LIFE. Find another way to FINANCE your HARD TIMES .
