After answering with "Hello", the prompted caller recording loudly said "This is Josh at Customer Service. Can you hear me okay?" I hung up immediately, because local TV news item had already reported this scam. It was reported that a recording device was ready to record your voice answering "Yes", and then someone would call you about an overdue payment for something they say you ordered...and they could play back your own voice to convince you that you agreed to said order, or terms, or amount. Sneaky! Say nothing. Hang up!
