Called my wife's cell phone, did not answer. Called number back and they answered "WN Physicians" a job placement agency. Option to press nine then enter phone number to be taken off list.
I got the same call at 3:09 P.M. Louisville. Jerk called my cell phone and wouldn't stop talking long enough for me to ask the name of his company. He said I had taken a survey and I told him he was a ####ing liar and hung up.

Got the same call at 7:30pm on government issued phone. Didn't leave message so I returned the call (part of the job requirements). Call automated system saying I had completed survey and it was "WN Physicians" placement services. I didnt complete any survey. Clearly a phone phishing scam.
