Who called from 5030000000

I get a call from them a couple of times a week as well and no one is there when I answer.

I received a phone call from this number at lease once a week.   How do I stop it?  I am on the Do Not Call registry.

I have been getting calls from the number 503-000-0000for several weeks now.  When I answer I get different information from recorded messages.  If the caller is a legitmate business, why can't you get a straight answer?
