Caller with a heavy accent said that something was wrong with my computer (couldn't really understand the caller), I asked who they were with, caller repeated the name (which I still didn't understand and said they were getting distress signals from my computter at which point I hung up on them.
Someone with heavy foreign accent telling me that my computer has been sending something out. When I said I haven't used my computer in over a month, she acted surprised. Scam straight up.
Caller stated the name of the organization, which was not clearly interpreted, and proceeded to walk me through a process on a computer. The lead-up was that the computer was, in my own paraphrasing, vulnerable. After playing along for a minute or two with the very elementary steps, I finally interjected that I was a network engineer and IT professional by trade and that they could proceed to the higher-level overview of the process. The caller immediately hung up.
Beware of callers imposing fear and convincing you to buy the solution, to go to a website, and/or to install a software.

Caller with a heavy foreign accent said they were with iTunes technical support. They also said that my computer was sending out error messages. I told him that I am not that stupid and he hung up on me.
