Who called from 5030812983

Received call on 8/18, number listed as 503-081-2983, no message left.  Then on 8/19 received a call, ID says 011-503-081-2983.  Neither seems to be valid phone numbers

Multiple missed calls from 503-081-2983 the last couple of days, tried calling the number back from a different phone number, could not complete call, more bottom-dwelling manure munchers

Same as Muguel got

Received 2 calls from this number on 8-22.  No one answered when I picked up the first time.  No message left after either call.  Suspicious.

I don't know who this is so I don't answer. They have called 3 times today and don't leave a message. I agree with Miguel
