I am frustrated too!  I have to stop the job I'm in the middle of, run to the phone, answer and no one is there....or else it's a stinking recording!  Harassment is correct!  Nothing to be done tho, I'm sure.

Number calls every day. no one answers. I called back and says not in service. Very annoying
