has anyone else noticed that all of these posts have come in the last 3-4 hours?

I received this call too. 503 area code is in the Oregon area

Caller ID came up as Portland.  I answered but it hung up near immediately.

Recorded female voice/telemarketing.  Wanting to know if I needed healthcare.  Hung up.

I just got a phone call from this number and answered. This is the second time I have answered - it's some health insurance thing. Last time I pressed 9 to have my # taken off their list. This time I pressed 1 to get a representative and tell them myself to stop calling me.
